Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant or retail management experience, with bar operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel between units with valid driver''s license.
• Experience leading front-of-house, back-of-house, bar, and HOH shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to build an all-star lineup.
• Execute daily operations to ensure quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas.
• Step in across FOH, BOH, bar, or takeout to keep operations strong.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Support promotions and in-store fan engagement.
