Hawaiian Bros Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and AGM in daily restaurant operations.

You will help achieve sales and profit goals by maintaining our values, coordinating scheduling, labor planning, inventory oversight, and addressing occasional team concerns. You will lead with aloha, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming guest experience while helping the GM manage payroll, financial health, and quality standards.

Formación

• Experience in team management or restaurant operations preferred.
• Strong communicator with a passion for helping others grow.
• Able to adapt to change and lead the team in adjusting as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM & AGM in running shifts to ensure a positive guest and team experience.
• Handle minor guest issues with empathy and inform the GM of major concerns.
• Motivate and coach team members, fostering growth and development.
• Help schedule shifts to balance coverage with work-life needs.
• Assist with payroll and keep hours up to date.
• Build community relationships to attract great candidates for leadership roles.
