RIM Recruitment Professionals is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a premier upscale casual dining concept in Boca Raton, FL. This role leads daily operations alongside the General Manager to ensure top-tier guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will recruit and develop high-performing teams, manage labor and costs, uphold food safety standards, and drive a culture of accountability on every shift.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in restaurant management roles.
• Experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining.
• Hands-on leader who engages from the floor.
• Strong financial acumen: labor, food costs, and P&Ls.
• Outstanding communication and coaching abilities.
• ServSafe Certification (Allergy Certification preferred).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, food costs, and P&Ls
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Active ServSafe Certification (Allergy Certification preferred)
