Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.

• Step in during GM's absence and ensure smooth operations.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging periods.
• Maintain brand standards and store procedures to maximize performance.
• Ensure cash handling is accurate and daily reports are completed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Monitor inventory with spot counts and adjustments as needed.
