Job summary

KBP Brands, operating the KFC brand, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Georgia to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive service excellence, manage inventory and labor, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week
• Physically able to lift/move heavy objects, stand for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
