Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years in the field.
• Experience managing large teams and operations.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and safety practices.
• Ability to track industry trends and implement programs aligned to business needs.
• Strong decision making based on accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Track industry trends and define/implement programs related to business needs.
• Manage HR functions including hiring and training managers and supervising associates.
• Ensure tools and training are available; coordinate inventories and moves.
• Direct logistical planning for Fleet and Operations.
• Enforce SOX compliance, safety, and general operations policies.
• Focus on process and operations to reduce cost and boost performance.
• Make decisions based on accurate information and communicate issues clearly.
