Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks an Assistant General Manager in New Jersey. You will help the General Manager run daily operations, learn management skills, and exercise judgment and discretion to support guest experiences.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage shifts and inventory while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork and align with business objectives.
• Supervise daily store operations, assign work and coach shift supervisors.
• Manage absence of general manager and maintain operations.
• Motivate staff during low morale and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure cash management and daily reporting per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues for positive relationships.
• Perform spot inventory checks to ensure accurate stock data.
