Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will mentor Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory and ensure financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food with a friendly approach. The ideal candidate is energetic, communicative, and ready to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and ensure Taco Bell standards are met.
• Manage inventory and financial accountability for shifts.
• Ensure a safe, friendly work environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and guide Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties.
