Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, ensuring standards, and delivering great customer service. You will guide Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory, and uphold safety and financial accountability.

This role offers leadership growth and the opportunity to build a strong store team. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic math and computer literacy, and a commitment to a drug-free

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation.
Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin.

Responsibilities

Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties.
Inventory management and financial accountability.
Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner and maintain a safe workplace for employees and customers.
