Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership of problem solving, guide team members, and ensure safe, high-quality service while maintaining inventory and financial accountability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and accounting skills, and a strong, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills for team leadership.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and support Restaurant General Manager.
• Ensure team members and shift managers complete duties.
• Manage inventory and financial accountability; maintain Taco Bell standards.
