Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts that meet standards and delivering safe, quality food with a friendly service attitude.

The role requires leadership, inventory control, and financial accountability, along with strong communication and a positive, can-do mindset to build a winning team and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promote form Shift Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership and solve problems with a smile while guiding others.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties; manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner; maintain a safe workplace for employees and customers.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and good communications; help build a great team and leadership skills.
