KBP Brands, the parent company behind KFC, is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Richmond, VA. In this fast-paced restaurant leadership role you’ll drive teamwork, guest service, and operational excellence to deliver memorable experiences and store profitability.

You’ll lead and coach a team, manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and uphold company standards while pursuing internal growth opportunities with our leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
