KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants in the Richmond, VA area. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to deliver fast, friendly service and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll oversee daily operations, manage labor and food costs, ensure food quality and safety standards, and resolve issues quickly. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial franchise network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
