KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants in the Wilmington area. You will lead, train, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance, while driving profitability and safety. Growth through the internal leadership program, broad benefits, and paid training await you.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.

• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
