InnVentures is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Residence Inn Seattle South Renton to lead hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will coach teams, manage daily tasks, and support sales initiatives to deliver strong financial performance.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, upholding brand standards, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years progressive hotel experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation are essential.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor diverse hotel teams.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, support, coach and mentor various departments.
• Champion great service and empower employees to take care of guests.
• Cultivate relationships with guests to develop loyalty and satisfaction.
• Apply problem solving to resolve guest and employee issues.
• Monitor daily tasks to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll and HR tasks.
• Support proactive sales efforts of the sales team.
• Ensure proper emergency procedures are communicated and followed.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Plan for success with staff meetings and daily huddles.
• Support and cover the General Manager when needed.
