KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Sonic Drive-In in Beaufort, South Carolina. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, manage inventory and guest service, and work with the Managing Partner to ensure profitable results while upholding Sonic standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic's brand reputation.
