Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive hotel experience or a 4-year degree with 2–3 years of related work.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and coordinating with the General Manager.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and support ongoing development.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze financial information to support operational decisions.
• Leverage Windows-based reporting for insights and decision making.
