Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and POS experience.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and analytical decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage waste.
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties and manage inventory.
• Maintain financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Create a safe work environment for employees and customers.
