Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; must provide all state/federal documents.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and budgeting adherence.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and orientate team.
• Provide coaching and development to staff; manage team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling and facility maintenance; ensure health and safety inspections are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
