Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs while ensuring coverage for all shifts.
