Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and scheduling.
• Hire, train, and orientate staff; coach and develop team members.
• Ensure health and safety standards and food handling procedures.
• Support management in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
