Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexible hours and schedule (50–55 hours per week, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays).
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under GM guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and performance metrics.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Uphold health and safety inspections and standards; promote a fun family environment.
