Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays.
• Valid DL in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equiv - possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, customer service focus.
• Under GM direction, AGM supports daily restaurant operations and financial controls.
• Oversee daily operations, schedules, coaching, and staff development.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the General Manager, support daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and create staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and staff development.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety inspections and standards.
• Promote a fun, family work environment within the restaurant.
