Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; possess documents required by state and federal law.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing the restaurant’s daily operations.
• Oversee restaurant operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and train new team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Support the GM to meet health, safety, and brand standards.
