Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years of AGM experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Skilled in leading and developing teams.
• Experienced with inventory and BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR, and administrative duties.
• Organize, run and supervise daily opening and closing shifts.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs and driving sales.
• Partner with GM and management to develop BOH employees.
• Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of supplies.
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
• Work varied days and shifts, including nights and weekends.
