Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties.
• Organize and supervise daily opening and closing shifts.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams.
• Manage costs, drive sales and grow the business.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all BOH employees.
• Perform regular and ad hoc inventories.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
