Noodles & Company in Milwaukee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead, coach, and work alongside our teams to deliver great food and welcoming guest experiences. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive daily operations, maintain standards, and foster a positive, accountable work environment.

This role requires at least one year of management experience in food service or hospitality, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred.
• Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate conflict-resolution skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Follow operational, inventory, and food safety procedures to maintain standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and local restaurant marketing efforts.
• Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Open/close shifts and cover weekends/holidays as needed.
