Job summary

Noodles & Company in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead, coach, and work alongside our teams to deliver great food and welcoming guest experiences. You’ll help oversee daily operations, support the General Manager, and model a culture of accountability and service.

You bring at least one year of management experience in food service or hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred.
• Leading a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Providing an exceptional guest experience and fostering a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Demonstrating conflict-resolution skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identifying high-potential talent and supporting growth through ongoing development and recognition.
• Following operational, inventory, and food safety procedures to maintain standards.
• Assisting with scheduling, labor management, expense control, and local restaurant marketing efforts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and scheduling to meet business needs.
