Qualifications

• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shift supervisors.
• Step in and perform GM duties as needed.
• Motivate staff during low morale and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure clean, inviting environments.
• Manage cash handling and daily reports per company directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Monitor inventory and conduct spot counts to ensure accuracy.
