Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with staffing, hiring decisions and weekly manager meetings.
• Coach and develop Department Managers; motivate team members and monitor performance.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards; manage inventory and P&L awareness.
• Help control costs, manage scheduling, and participate in budget discussions.
• Support guest engagement, handle complaints, and drive local promotions.
