ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP’s Taco Bell unit in Bothell, WA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee operations, train team members, and model high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will manage shifts, schedule staff, monitor inventory and cash procedures, and work to hit margins and sales targets while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant or retail management, a valid driver’s license for traveling between units,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school education or equivalent completed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between units.
• Experience managing a restaurant with full bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink to standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and staff deployment.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide onboarding.
• Assist with safety concerns in the workplace.
• Report issues to management and HR as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures.
