Applegreen USA Welcome Centers in Pattersonville, NY area is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run day-to-day operations, learn essential management skills, and support the General Manager.

You’ll lead teams, coach shifts, ensure brand standards, manage cash, resolve guest issues, and maintain inventory accuracy. Eligible employees enjoy flexible schedules, medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and other benefits.

Formación

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day store operations, assign work, coach shift supervisors.
• Must be able to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during low morale.
• Strong Leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues in a timely fashion and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are followed to maximize relations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through spot counts and checks.
