• Able to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• HS diploma or equivalent; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
