Wendy's in Slidell, LA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive performance. You will manage daily operations, support the GM, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Valid driver's license in good standing with private transportation access.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
