Job summary

Taco Bell in Jersey City is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead people and operations at our restaurant. You’ll drive daily performance, uphold food safety standards, and create a fast-paced, friendly environment for guests.

You’ll mentor Shift Managers and Crew Members, ensure great service and quality, and adapt to the needs of the business. Travel to other locations may be required; you’ll wear a headset and manage operations from the front line to the registers and kitchen tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people.
• High School or some College Education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible to work with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all people and operations at the Taco Bell restaurant.
• Lead the team to deliver great food and service.
• Guide Shift Managers and Crew Members to improve each shift.
• Give and take directions effectively.
• Support the Taco Bell family culture and brand.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
• Wear headset and operate restaurant equipment from grill to registers and computers.
