Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager in New Orleans, LA to lead daily restaurant operations and drive sales performance. You will build and coach a team, ensure high standards of service, and manage scheduling and training under the direction of the General Manager.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume setting, with flexibility for long hours, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and allocate shifts.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members; coach and develop staff.
