Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Maplewood, NJ is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager for Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon locations. You will support the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and uphold brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and safety, with opportunities to mentor teams, manage performance feedback, and drive store performance while maintaining flexibility and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Step in during the absence of the general manager and maintain operations.
• Motivate staff and maintain high morale during busy or challenging times.
• Ensure brand standards and company policies are followed and inventory is accurate.
