Auntie Anne’s in Chicago, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You’ll support the General Manager, coach a team, and uphold product quality, cleanliness, and food safety while driving store performance.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting, handle guest concerns with confidence, and step in for the GM when needed. This full-time role rewards leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
