Laundromax is seeking an Assistant General Manager for one of our Springfield locations to partner with the General Manager in driving exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. You will oversee wash, dry, and fold services, maintain a welcoming environment, and lead a team focused on service quality and efficiency.

The role requires leadership experience in retail or service, a hands-on approach to maintenance, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience with 2+ years in retail, service, or operations management.
• Strong business acumen: budgeting, revenue growth, cost control is a plus.
• Hands-on maintenance mindset for store upkeep and equipment.
• Excellent communication to motivate teams and serve customers.
• Strong sales mindset with retail experience.
• Physically capable to stand long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.
