Job summary

Laundry Capital in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager for one of our retail laundromats. In this leadership role, you’ll partner with the General Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences, manage wash, dry, and fold services, and promote our services while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will supervise staff, control inventories, support daily operations, and help grow sales with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in retail, service, sales, or operations.
• Experience managing budgets and driving revenue is a plus.
• Hands-on operations and maintenance ability.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual optional.
