Ideal candidates will have retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage schedules, payroll, and safety procedures across a busy location in Jamaica, NY.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Willingness to submit to drug and alcohol screenings when requested.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Screen and participate in staffing needs for the store location.
• Ensure training procedures and evaluations are followed and develop top talent.
• Maintain a safe, positive and fair work environment and enforce company policies.
• Develop employee schedules within budgeted payroll hours and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure equipment logs are up to date.
