Job summary

Jiffy Lube International seeks an Assistant General Manager in Kennewick, WA to lead store operations and guest experiences. You will partner with the GM to drive revenue, coach staff, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

The AGM will mentor technicians and CSAs, manage inventory and budgeting, and lead opening/closing duties while delivering consistent guest satisfaction and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership capable of guiding diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with ability to analyze sales and costs.
• Positive, energetic attitude and guest-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with driving revenue growth through guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates via internal training and coaching.
• Ensure quality control and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, and guest issues with the DM for key initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
