Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Warrensburg, MO seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow revenue. You will work with the General Manager to coach the team, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The AGM will mentor technicians and CSAs, lead daily huddles, participate in budgeting and forecasts, and uphold quality control and safety standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Guest-first mindset and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction with GM; lead core sales and guest flow metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; manage inventory and product orders.
• Open/close duties when GM is not on site; mentor technicians and CSAs.
