Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving core metrics.
• Coach and mentor team members with internal training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and maintain safe, clean operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, inventory, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; open/close responsibilities.
