Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a KFC restaurant in Ash Fork, AZ, partnering with the General Manager to drive operations from open to close and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will help train and develop team members, support recruiting and retention, manage workflows, and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong, motivated team while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of cost control, scheduling and daily operations.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager to support daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure food quality standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Lead, train, and develop team members; assist with recruiting and retention.
• Delegate tasks, manage workflows, and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong team.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support financial performance by managing inventory, costs, scheduling, and payroll; align with sales and budget goals.
• Assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement.
