Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Cordele, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy KFC restaurant, ensuring guest experiences are outstanding and operations run smoothly from open to close.

You will partner with the General Manager to train and develop the team, recruit top talent, manage schedules and payroll, monitor inventory, and support local marketing and community engagement while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of cost control scheduling and daily operations.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
