Job summary

Ian's Pizza Milwaukee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM, uphold our culture, and maintain high standards of food quality and service in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

You’ll lead staff, handle ordering, reviews, and meetings, participate in training and leadership development, and help grow your hospitality career while ensuring work-life balance and a positive guest experience across Milwaukee locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years AGM or GM experience in food/beverage or hospitality required.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff; lead performance reviews and staff meetings.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory management.
• Lead busy shifts and implement improvement projects.
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
