Job summary

Ian's Pizza Milwaukee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM and keep every part of the restaurant running smoothly. You’ll help build a culture that’s fun, supportive, and aligned with our Vision, Values, and Big Five.

The AGM leads training, develops staff, and supports product ordering, staff reviews, and busy shift coverage. You’ll drive improvements to pizza quality, service, and restaurant operations every day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AGM/GM experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
• Embraces Ian’s Standards for Customer Service, Food Quality, and the Big Five.
• Motivate staff to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff and lead busy shifts.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory oversight.
• Conduct regular staff reviews and run staff meetings.
• Lead projects to improve pizza, people, and operations.
