Ian's Pizza Milwaukee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to be the GM's right hand, ensuring smooth daily operations and a culture that aligns with our Vision, Values, and Big Five. The AGM trains and develops staff, leads meetings, and oversees ordering and performance while driving projects to improve pizza quality and service.

We offer a compensation range of $45,000–$55,000 annually with exceptional benefits and a clear leadership development path toward general management.

Qualifications

• Has 2+ years of AGM or GM experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
• Food Manager certification or ability to complete within 6 months.
• Safe Alcohol Server Training certification or ability to complete within 6 months.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work in hot kitchens/areas.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and coach staff to develop high-performing teams.
• Assist with product ordering, staff reviews, and staff meetings.
• Lead busy shifts and drive continuous improvements in pizza quality and service.
• Identify projects to improve the pizza, people, and overall operations.
