Team Lyders is expanding its Taco Bell franchise operations in the Midwest and seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive daily operations, develop leaders, and uphold our culture of safety and guest satisfaction. You’ll mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders, manage labor and inventory, and ensure consistency with brand standards.

You will prepare for General Manager responsibilities while focusing on team growth, restaurant performance, and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and maintain brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and health & safety compliance.
• Oversee customer experience and coach the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Monitor financial reports and help optimize profitability.
